Q1: What is the typical MOQ for custom OEM/ODM projects?
A: Our MOQ is flexible and highly competitive. For OEM (brand customization) of existing products, the MOQ is usually low; for brand new ODM (mold development), we will negotiate the most reasonable MOQ with you based on the complexity of the product, mold opening cost, and production requirements to support your brand launch and project implementation.
Q2: How long does the customization process take from design to sample?
A: Design & 3D Prototyping: Our R&D team can complete preliminary 3D modeling and solution analysis within 48–72 hours.
Physical Samples: Ceramic samples (involving mold opening and firing) usually take 15–20 days; bathroom cabinet and smart mirror samples can usually be delivered within 7–14 days.Q3: Can you manufacture products based on my own technical drawings or sketches?
A: Of course. Our technical team of over 70 people is proficient in CAD, SolidWorks, and 3D Max. You can provide precise technical drawings, or even just a concept sketch, and we will handle the subsequent industrial structure development and manufacturability assessment (DFM).

Cost & Logistics: Sample fees are typically charged at a nominal cost, which is often credited back against your subsequent bulk order. Shipping costs are borne by the client. We will assist with all export documentation.
